Payment methods for your braces
What do I pay, when and how? These questions are especially important – after all, everyone wants to be able to plan the financial cost precisely.
Which payment methods are available?
For our orthodontic treatments we accept many different payment methods, so that we can cover your preferred one wherever possible. Besides cash and debit card (Bankomat) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, these include the credit cards MasterCard, Visa and Diners.
Braces with payment in instalments
We offer two different ways to pay in instalments:

When do I pay what?
Your initial consultation with us is free of charge, and this is where we’ll be happy to draw up your individual cost plan.
If you pay upfront and want to take advantage of the 4% discount on the treatment costs, you transfer the remaining payment at the start of treatment. If you pay in instalments, you sign a direct debit mandate and the amounts are then debited monthly. You’ll find more about payment in instalments on this page.

If you’re not happy with your aligner result, we’ll treat you with brackets free of charge until you are happy!

No matter how long the treatment takes, or how many aligners, brackets or archwires you end up actually needing: the price fixed at the start will not be increased afterwards!
1-year retention guarantee
Teeth can quickly shift again after orthodontic treatment. With our retention phase, we make sure this doesn’t happen. Should your teeth nevertheless shift again within one year of treatment, we’ll treat you again free of charge until you have your dream smile.
